Job Description

As a Military Enlisted Tactical Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing and enhancing military operations. Your responsibilities will include tactical planning, technology integration, and coordinating unit activities to ensure efficiency and safety in various missions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various printing machinery.
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Assist with troubleshooting machine faults and performing repairs.
• Train team members on best practices for machine operation.
• Perform quality checks and keep records of production data.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Certification in machinery or printing is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years in a manufacturing or printing environment

Technical Skills

• Colour matching tools
• Flexographic printing equipment

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills

Certifications

• Health and safety compliance training

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with narrow web and wide web printing: Familiarity with different types of printing methods.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair of equipment: Ability to manage machinery malfunctions effectively.
