Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our East London office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing claims efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to gather information, assess claims, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely processing.
• Evaluate claims based on established guidelines and criteria.
• Assist claimants with any inquiries or concerns regarding their claims.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Identify any fraudulent claims and escalate appropriately.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance claims assessment skills.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Finance, Risk Management, or relevant discipline
• Professional certifications such as AIC or similar are an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in insurance claims or related experience
