Responsibilities

• Design infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and environmental regulations.
• Analyze survey reports and maps to plan projects.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Support project management with budget monitoring and financial reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering roles
