We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will oversee our entire supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in logistics, procurement, and inventory management. This role is pivotal in developing strategic initiatives to enhance our supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align supply with customer demand.
• Monitor and manage budgets related to supply chain operations.
• Enhance supply chain sustainability initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions for supply chain growth.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement supply chain management software.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Analyze and report supply chain costs and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supply chain leadership role
