Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and final completion.
• Manage compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress updates and final reports to management.
• Optimise the use of resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Attend industry events and networks to promote the company and secure new opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Membership in a professional body is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects

• English: Fluent
