Job Description

As a Psychologist with our organization, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful support to individuals facing mental health issues in Stellenbosch. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various psychological disorders, while collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients.
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Support clients in developing coping strategies and life skills.
  • Advocate for clients' mental health needs within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Psychology is highly advantageous
  • Valid HPCSA registration is mandatory
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in therapeutic settings
