We are on the lookout for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in financial analysis and forecasting, along with strong analytical skills to support decision-making processes. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights to enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting.
• Assist with financial audits and internal controls.
• Conduct financial analysis to support investments and pricing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual financial strategies.
• Prepare presentations for management meetings.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist in their development.
• Continuously seek process improvements for greater efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
• Master's degree in Finance or Business is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or investment banking
