Responsibilities

• Design layout plans for new and existing production processes.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to support process optimization.
• Analyze capacity needs and recommend adjustments to production systems.
• Serve as a consultant to management on engineering issues.
• Generate reports on project progress and results, presenting to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Master's in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a manufacturing or engineering position
