We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our growing team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing security measures to protect our systems, networks, and sensitive data from cyber attacks. You'll be working with a variety of technologies and frameworks while collaborating with different teams to enhance our overall security posture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architecture to safeguard systems.
• Review and update security policies based on evolving threats.
• Coordinate with external security consultants as needed.
• Analyze technological trends to improve the organization's security posture.
• Lead incident response efforts and recovery activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems
• Certifications in networking or security are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
