Responsibilities

• Perform medication reviews to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Assist patients in understanding their medication regimens.
• Support clinical research initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Ensure a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Act as a point of contact for patient health inquiries.
• Participate in the training and development of interns.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
• Document and report any adverse drug reactions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
