Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing testing plans to ensure software quality and performance. You will collaborate with developers and project managers to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and review test cases based on product specifications and technical documentation.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to guide decision-making.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to overall quality strategy.
• Support the Agile development process through active participation in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Respond to production issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal impact on users.
• Collaborate with the product management team to define acceptance criteria.
• Engage with users to understand their experiences and feedback for future improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Performance Testing Tools (JMeter)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Mobile App Testing: Experience in testing mobile applications on various platforms.
• Experience with API Testing: Proficient in validating APIs for functional and performance requirements.
