We are seeking skilled Food Cooking Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. You will play a crucial role in the operation of food cooking machinery, ensuring that all products are prepared according to safety standards and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Control machinery settings for optimal cooking temperatures.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and report discrepancies.
• Help implement production schedules effectively.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards.
• Document any machine malfunctions and suggest improvements.
• Engage in inventory control for cooking supplies.
• Upkeep safety protocols during food preparation.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the production area.
• Assist with product sampling for quality testing.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Food Technology preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in the food production industry is preferred
