Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you'll lead projects from conception to completion. Your expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and team leadership will be critical in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites.
• Ensure timely completion of all phases of construction projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve project designs and plans.
• Facilitate communication between different teams and departments.
• Manage procurement of materials and services.
• Track project expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or project management
