Responsibilities

• Lead property management initiatives to enhance tenant experience.
• Perform regular property audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with property owners.
• Develop marketing materials to promote available properties.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation for all properties.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to protect property investment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
• Advanced Property Management certification preferred

Experience

• 5 years minimum in property management or real estate administration.

• Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
