Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven Account Manager based in Cape Town who is passionate about client engagement and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring that customer needs are met with exceptional service. You will also identify opportunities for growth and share ideas with your team to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process of new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients to maximize product utilization.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends and drive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding account status and forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • A Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or client relations
