UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Join our Stellenbosch team as a UX/UI Designer. You’ll develop engaging designs that reflect our brand and meet user needs. The right fit will have a strong understanding of design principles, a solid portfolio, and a knack for gathering user feedback to inform future designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to derive insights from user studies.
• Create engaging visual content to support marketing initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to devise innovative concepts.
• Assist in the development of user journey maps and service blueprints.
• Enhance user engagement through effective interaction designs.
• Review and provide feedback on design iterations and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master’s degree is considered a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in A/B testing: Demonstrated ability in utilizing A/B testing to evaluate design choices.
• Understanding of Responsive Design: Familiarity with principles of responsive design for mobile-first applications.
