Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality and creativity.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Conduct market research to keep the design concepts fresh and relevant.
• Train and mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Relevant certifications will be given preference

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in interior design projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Professional Member of the South African Institute of Interior Design (SAIID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in residential and commercial projects: Hands-on experience in both residential and commercial interior design.
• Strong portfolio of previous projects: Demonstrable design work in a variety of styles and settings.
