Job Responsibilities
  • Leverage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct user testing to improve site navigation and user journey.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment teams for seamless order processing.
  • Enhance conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
  • Create promotional content and engaging product displays.
  • Support customer service initiatives to address product queries.
  • Maintain and improve product categories and search functionality.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • E-commerce Platforms Proficient in managing Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • SEO and SEM Strong knowledge of search engine optimization and marketing techniques.
  • Google Analytics Expertise in using Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Certified E-commerce Professional (CEP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Knowledge of design software for creating marketing assets.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles: Ability to contribute to the enhancement of user experience.
