As an Online Education Specialist, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing engaging online courses that resonate with learners. You'll collaborate with educators and content creators to ensure that our courses meet high standards of quality and relevance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative fashion pieces for various collections.
• Conduct thorough market research to align designs with target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaign strategy.
• Create technical sketches and detailed specifications for production.
• Assist in sourcing materials and quality control checks.
• Participate in fashion shows and other promotional activities.
• Work closely with other designers to integrate collections.
• Ensure timely completion of designs according to production schedules.
• Maintain organized records of designs and revisions.
• Engage in constructive feedback sessions with team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Fashion Design or equivalent experience
• Preferably a Master’s degree in relevant fields

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Fashion Illustration
• Textile knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in fashion marketing: Ability to understand market trends and consumer behaviour.
