Join our talented team as a Space Planning Coordinator, where you will collaborate with designers and clients to deliver exceptional interior solutions. You will lead space planning efforts to create functional layouts that perfectly align with the design intent and cater to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Create multi-dimensional space planning concepts and plans for various projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate those into practical designs.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
• Use design software to produce accurate drawings and models.
• Ensure that project specifications and budgets are adhered to throughout the planning process.
• Conduct feasibility studies for potential design solutions.
• Provide input on sustainable practices in space planning and design.
• Analyze spatial data to inform layout decisions.
• Report on project progress and suggest improvements when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Additional certifications in space planning are a bonus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in space planning or related field
