Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and reconciliation.
• Offer immunizations and other health services as appropriate.
• Implement pharmacy workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Support research and clinical trials when needed.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and patient engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Additional certifications in healthcare management are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail pharmacy
