Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Receptionist and Information Clerk to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, addressing client needs promptly.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems.
  • Assist with travel bookings and arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and materials for presentations.
  • Provide support in organizing office events and activities.
  • Ensure a tidy front office and reception area.
  • Assist with client onboarding processes as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate, further qualifications in Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or customer service
