Responsibilities

• Design and modify engineering processes for optimization.
• Utilize software tools for engineering simulations and modeling.
• Work closely with clients to understand their engineering needs.
• Ensure timely updates to project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with engineering technologies and trends.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on new tools and processes.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to innovative ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Professional certifications in engineering preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in engineering experience with relevant projects

• SolidWorks

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
