Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse teams and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while also ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Define project scope and goals, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Develop project management best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage project changes and coordinate with affected stakeholders.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management roles

Technical Skills

• Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Team Building

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of the South African project management landscape: Understanding of local regulations and best practices.
