Job Description

As a Family Therapist at Leading Mental Health Services in Pretoria, you will play a crucial role in supporting families dealing with various mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients to develop therapeutic strategies and provide guidance in resolving issues, fostering healthier family dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each family's needs.
  • Guide families in improving communication and resolving disputes.
  • Foster a therapeutic environment that encourages openness and trust.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Educate families about mental health symptoms and treatment options.

  • Collaborate with educational institutions on family-related issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Registered with HPCSA or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in family systems therapy
