Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee daily operations and management of our healthcare services in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless healthcare delivery, enhancing patient experience, and managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the healthcare facility’s administration.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulations and standards.
  • Lead staff management processes including hiring and training.
  • Enhance the quality of patient care by coordinating medical staff efforts.
  • Draft policies and procedures for operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for budget management.
  • Establish partnerships with local healthcare providers.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns effectively.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping for patients and operational processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or Business Management
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
