Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients presenting with a variety of health issues.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in electronic health records.
  • Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress.
  • Provide emergency care as needed within the scope of practice.
  • Advise patients on medication management and side effects.
  • Participate in community health programs and outreach initiatives.
  • Stay updated on best practices and advancements in nursing practice.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nursing qualification
  • Advanced Diploma in Clinical Nursing Practice is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in a clinical environment
