Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction processes from the conceptual phase through project completion.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in achieving project targets.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend rehabilitation measures.
• Prepare detailed specifications, plans, and estimates.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Civil Engineering required
• Masters in Civil Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in infrastructure development

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
