Responsibilities

• Oversee financial record keeping and updates.
• Monitor cash flow and apply effective budgeting practices.
• Generate and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Assist clients in financial decision-making and planning.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies.
• Work with government entities to ensure tax compliance.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Master's degree preferred but not required

Experience

• Relevant certification and 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles
