Job Description

Join our Sandton-based team as a Project Manager where you will spearhead project initiatives from conception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments, managing project scope, and ensuring timely delivery while aligning with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and manage the execution of project tasks.
• Work with stakeholders to define project deliverables and success criteria.
• Set and manage project budgets while ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Track project performance and act on any variances from the plan.
• Ensure that project documentation is completed accurately.
• Resolve conflicts that may arise amongst project teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project management

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
