Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient conditions and care needs.
• Implement nursing interventions based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Advocate for patient needs and preferences.
• Record patient observations and communicate with physicians.
• Conduct discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Support the integration of new nursing technologies.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Additional certifications in specialised fields are beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital environment
