Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will participate in various aspects of deal execution, including conducting due diligence and assisting in the creation of strategic financial presentations. This role calls for analytical thinking and effective communication skills to work with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed market research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial models for client engagements.
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raise, and other financial advisory projects.
• Draft documentation for transactions ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Assist with the preparation of strategic financial reviews and reports.
• Engage in client meetings, presenting data and findings effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables.
• Work closely with compliance and due diligence teams on client projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis

Certifications

• CFA Certification (or enrolled in program)
