Requirements

Education

• Matric
• Qualification in Sales or Marketing is desirable

Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in retail sales or customer service

Technical Skills

• CRM software experience
• Visual Merchandising

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Proficiency in multiple languages enhances customer engagement.
• Experience with point of sale systems: Comfortable using POS systems for transactions.
