Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead project planning sessions, organize and manage project teams, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Utilize project management tools to facilitate project tracking and reporting.
• Lead and mentor project teams to enhance performance.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar field
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role

Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
