• Design and implement new educational programs tailored to student needs.
• Act as a liaison between the community and school to foster collaboration.
• Gather and analyze data to measure program impact.
• Lead initiatives that address educational disparities in the community.
• Recruit and mentor volunteers to support program goals.
• Organize outreach efforts to inform the community about school initiatives.
• Develop a long-term strategic plan for educational programs.

• Manage communications regarding program updates and successes.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Education is a plus
• Project Management Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
• Data Analysis Ability to analyze data for program evaluation and improvement.
• Budget Management Experience in managing budgets for educational programs.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and creatively.
• Team Leadership Experience leading diverse teams toward common goals.
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Zulu (Conversational)
