Job Description

We seek a passionate School Program Coordinator to manage educational programs in Durban. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives that enhance learning experiences and community involvement in schools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new educational programs tailored to student needs.
• Act as a liaison between the community and school to foster collaboration.
• Gather and analyze data to measure program impact.
• Lead initiatives that address educational disparities in the community.
• Recruit and mentor volunteers to support program goals.
• Organize outreach efforts to inform the community about school initiatives.
• Develop a long-term strategic plan for educational programs.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts to support school projects.
• Facilitate open forums for feedback from parents and guardians.
• Manage communications regarding program updates and successes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in education or program management
