Job Description

As an Entertainment and Recreation Manager, you will develop and implement engaging programs that cater to various age groups and interests. You will coordinate events and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate entertainment and recreation initiatives that meet community needs.
  • Supervise event teams and ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance program visibility.
  • Analyze program data to improve offerings and make data-driven decisions.
  • Promote programs through community outreach and social media engagement.
  • Lead and mentor team members to enhance program delivery capabilities.
  • Work with the marketing team to devise effective promotional strategies.
  • Ensure all programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as a representative of the organization at industry events.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education or certification in Event Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the recreation or entertainment industry
