Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first line of support for our technical operations. The role will require you to execute troubleshooting, assist users in resolving technical challenges, and contribute to maintaining the functionality of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance for all IT-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals.
• Assist users with software applications and daily operations.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Implement network configurations and monitor system performance.
• Train users on new technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system security.
• Prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

Certifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification
