Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our healthcare team in Durban. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, assist in patient assessments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care to patients suffering from various health conditions.

• Stay updated on nursing practices and evidence-based care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff and nursing students.
• Handle medical equipment and supplies with care and maintain their functionality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing
• Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification: Certification that equips nurses to handle cardiac emergencies.
