Job Description

As a Jelly Filter Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining jelly filtering equipment, ensuring that the filtration process meets the highest quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the jelly filter equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Regularly inspect machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Implement improvements in filtration processes to enhance efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Document equipment issues and participate in troubleshooting.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical qualification preferred in food technology

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in food processing

Technical Skills

• HACCP knowledge
• Inventory management
