Looking for an experienced Auditor to help us enhance our financial practices. Based in Durban, you will engage in audits and assess financial systems to ensure compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of financial statements and records.
• Assess risk management practices and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Assist in developing audit plans and resolution strategies for financial discrepancies.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and policies.
• Continuously monitor financial operations for compliance and quality assurance.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on audit processes.
• Communicate audit outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate actively in audit meetings and strategic financial discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of auditing experience
