Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Equity Trader to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will leverage their trading expertise and analytical skills to make informed investment decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple trading accounts effectively while minimizing risks.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools for market forecasting.
• Work closely with other traders to share insights and strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily trading activities.
• Evaluate new trading technologies and methodologies.
• Support the development of proprietary trading algorithms.
• Attend industry conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge.
• Establish strong relationships with brokers and financial institutions.
• Continuously review and refine trading strategies based on outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Master's degree in Finance is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in equity markets or related fields

• Market Analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent
