Job Description

As a Hat Body Sorter, you will play a crucial role in the production line by sorting, grading, and packing hat bodies to meet quality standards. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all products meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Grade and categorize hat bodies based on specifications.
  • Efficiently pack finished products to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure compliance.
  • Document production metrics and performance reports.
  • Keep workstations organized and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals.
  • Provide feedback on process improvements.
  • Help implement new sorting techniques as required.
  • Report any machinery malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Participate in health and safety training sessions.
