Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to spearhead our content strategy in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will generate and oversee engaging content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the content creation process from brainstorming to publication.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external content contributors.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns for new content across various channels.
  • Regularly update website content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Evaluate content engagement and utilize analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Direct the development of educational webinars and other learning materials.
  • Work with sales teams to align content with customer needs.
  • Organize and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing and team management
