E-commerce Marketplace Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Marketplace Manager who will be responsible for driving our sales across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a background in e-commerce strategy, coupled with excellent analytical skills to optimize listings and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire e-commerce marketplace strategy, including pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Utilize A/B testing to refine product content and advertisements for maximum effectiveness.
• Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key marketplace contacts to facilitate partnerships and collaboration.
• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance team performance and professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
• Professional certifications in e-commerce are a plus.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces
