Job Description

We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join our Durban team. In this role, you will analyze and improve our IT systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a background in systems analysis, project management, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize business processes to align with IT capabilities.
• Coordinate with IT staff to ensure solutions are well-integrated.
• Develop training materials and user guides for new systems.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Engage with vendors to evaluate solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Support the security and integrity of IT systems.
• Document best practices and lessons learned from projects.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Information Systems preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis

Technical Skills

• Business Process Modeling

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
