Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of production processes and will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. This role requires analytical skills to assess processes and develop solutions to improve quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on production efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Support the maintenance team in developing preventive maintenance programs.
• Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial engineering role

Languages

• English: Fluent
