• Liaise with customers to provide updates on shipment status.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Logistics Software Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
• Supply Chain Analysis Capable of analyzing supply chain processes for efficiency.
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Strong ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)

• Experience in freight forwarding: Background in managing freight forwarding operations will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with customs regulations: Knowledge of customs procedures and compliance requirements.
