Join our dynamic team as an Investment Banking Associate, where you'll play a key role in providing financial analysis, structuring deals, and supporting clients in complex transactions. This position requires strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of the financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and market research to support investment decisions.
• Assist in the development of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Manage the preparation of pitch books and presentation materials for clients.
• Support the leadership team in deal execution and client negotiations.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and document management.
• Develop industry reports and keep abreast of market trends.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure project continuity.
• Work on multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations effectively.
• Train and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in investment analysis or banking
