Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative mining solutions.
• Lead site investigations and assess geological characteristics of mining areas.
• Design and implement plans for drills, blasts, and other extraction methods.
• Evaluate mining techniques for optimal resource recovery.
• Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mining Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mining engineering or related field

Technical Skills

• Environmental Management

• Leadership

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PrEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in project management: Demonstrable experience in managing mining projects effectively.
