We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing resources, and liaising with clients to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Lead project review meetings to capture lessons learned and improve future project processes.
• Serve as a mentor for junior project managers and team members.
• Develop and implement quality management processes.
• Track project performance and report findings to senior management.
• Create and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is an advantage

• 8+ years of experience in managing complex projects
